建議信已考過(guò)兩次(2007年和2009年),但前兩次都是公務(wù)信函,今年是私人信函,語(yǔ)言可適當(dāng)口語(yǔ)化。信從稱呼寫起,親戚間常直呼其名,在此可寫成Dear Li Ming。信的主體宜分成三段:第一段簡(jiǎn)潔地表達(dá)祝賀;第二段向?qū)Ψ教嵋粌蓷l建議;第三段表達(dá)一下希望和祝福。最后是落款,根據(jù)要求須寫Zhang Wei。請(qǐng)看范文:
Dear Li Ming,
Im so pleased to learn that you have been adnutted to ShaW;hai Unwersity. Im writing toextend my warmest congratulations to you.
My advice to you is to sign up for a crash course(速成班)in oral English during the sum-mer vocation. Fluency in English will not only impress your teachers. and ease your contact withforeigners, but also stand you in good stead when you look for a job in future.
I hope youll find my suggestion useful. University time is one of the best times of your life.Make the most of it,and enjoy yourself l

今年考研英語(yǔ)(二)大作文與2010年相同,是圖表作文,不過(guò)去年采用曲線圖,今年采用柱狀圖。圖表作文第一段要描述圖表(interpret the cluut)。認(rèn)真觀察圖表后,用一句話將其反映的現(xiàn)象表達(dá)清楚,立片言以居要;然后引用數(shù)據(jù),描述圖表。(英語(yǔ)作文 www.fwsir.com)本圖表反映的現(xiàn)象是:2009年國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌汽車的市場(chǎng)份額超過(guò)日、美品牌。圖表作文第二段是文章主體,要分析現(xiàn)象背后的原因(give your comments),一般可從兩三個(gè)方面展開。以本題為例,對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌汽車的市場(chǎng)份額超過(guò)日、美品牌這一現(xiàn)象,可從以下幾方面說(shuō)明:近年中國(guó)國(guó)產(chǎn)汽車的性能良好:國(guó)產(chǎn)汽車價(jià)格便宜;日本汽車近年來(lái)質(zhì)量丑聞不斷;日本右翼勢(shì)力抬頭使一些中國(guó)人不愿買日本汽車,等等。如文章到此戛然而止,會(huì)讓人感到很突兀,所以還需給作文加個(gè)結(jié)尾段,使文章能渾然一體。就本文而言,第三段可水到渠成提出建議:中國(guó)的汽車廠家不應(yīng)沾沾自喜,而應(yīng)繼續(xù)努力。請(qǐng)參閱下面的范文:
Domestic automakers outperformed foreign rivals in terms of market share in 2009. As thechart shows, home-made cars occupied 33% of the domestic market share in 2009, up from 25%in 2008. But the market share of Japanese vehicles dropped t0 25% from 2008s 35%.Americas share of the market remained constant at 12%.
There are a number of factors behind this change. The most important one is the rapiddevelopment of Chinese auto.industry,which now tums out cars reaching or approachingintemational standard in reliability and fuel efficiency. Affordability also contributes to thepopularity of domestic brand cars,which usually cost only one third or even onefifth of whatimported automobiles do. On the other hand, the recent spate of recall scandals of Japanese carsscared away their potential buyers in China. Besides,Japans right-wing views on its barbaric(野蠻的,肆無(wú)忌憚的)invasion of China led many young Clunese to boycott Japanese cars.
Despite the lead, Chinese car makers, rather than being smug about the achievement,should redouble efforts in order to compete successfully with such auto giants as GM,Toyota andVolkswagen in the global market.
