4) 祝賀信(Letters of Congratulation)

祝賀信(Letter of congratulation)是向?qū)Ψ奖硎咀ＹR的信件，一般用于對方有什么喜事或取得了什么成績，以及節(jié)日壽誕等。祝賀信是人們情感交流的一種方式，多寫祝賀信可以使親戚朋友同事之間加強聯(lián)系，增進了解，彼此關(guān)心。祝賀信的主要內(nèi)容有：

　 　　4向?qū)Ψ奖硎咀ＹR

　　在正文中要首先向?qū)Ψ奖硎緹崃业淖ＹR。要寫明向誰祝賀、祝賀什么、為什么祝賀等。可以寫自己是怎樣聽到好消息的，聽到消息后的心情怎樣等。要感情飽滿地寫，但要簡明扼要。

　　　 4提出自己對有關(guān)問題的看法

　　該項內(nèi)容要根據(jù)所祝賀的事情發(fā)表自己的看法、主張，提出一些建議、意見等。如對重大節(jié)日或紀念活動的祝賀，可以說明其重大的意義和對所取得的成績表示祝賀，可以分析一下所取得成績的主客觀原因等；慶賀壽辰的賀信，可簡要準確地贊揚對方在事業(yè)上的成功； 婚姻慶賀，則可以談些自己關(guān)于婚姻生活的一些認識看法等，以期對對方有所幫助。

　　　 4寫出自己的希望和美好的祝愿

　　正文的結(jié)尾要寫上再次表示祝愿的話。如：“With renewed good wishes，and kindest regards to you and your spouse�！保ㄔ俅尉春蚰阃�新夫人安好。）又如“May the years to come bring every blessing to you both.”（愿你倆年年福壽無疆。）
