So, how to keep healthy? First of all, Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. Besides, keeping a happy and optimistic mood everyday is also a good way to stay healthy.
In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like french fries or cookies. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.

經(jīng)過(guò)緊張的復(fù)習(xí)和準(zhǔn)備，終于到了5月20日---參加全國(guó)小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽決賽的日子。
早上八點(diǎn)四十分，我就來(lái)到了決賽的場(chǎng)地----四海小學(xué)，我找到位子坐下來(lái)后，發(fā)現(xiàn)周?chē)耐瑢W(xué)都很?chē)?yán)肅,我也不禁緊張起來(lái)。
我們?nèi)A工附小五年級(jí)進(jìn)決賽的有四位同學(xué)，分別是五（2）班的何皓霖、勞軒毅，五（3）班的彭承志和五（4）班的我。要知道，他們?nèi)齻�(gè)的英語(yǔ)可都是超厲害的呀！而且進(jìn)入決賽后，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的實(shí)力都很強(qiáng)，我能如愿取得好成績(jī)嗎？
九點(diǎn)鐘，比賽開(kāi)始了，教室里鴉雀無(wú)聲，只聽(tīng)到同學(xué)們翻動(dòng)試卷的聲音。我也投入到緊張的答題之中。一個(gè)小時(shí)后，比賽結(jié)束。
我覺(jué)得這次試題不能說(shuō)很難，但是也不能說(shuō)很簡(jiǎn)單。聽(tīng)力部分比較簡(jiǎn)單，我最怕的智力題竟然也出意料地簡(jiǎn)單，不過(guò)，很可惜，我還是由于粗心錯(cuò)了一題，而且錯(cuò)得非常烏龍：題目中有8張貓的圖片，要我們找出兩張一樣的，我在把試卷交上去的.一瞬間發(fā)現(xiàn)，我選的兩張圖片雖然看上去一模一樣，但是兩只貓卻是一只有胡子，一只沒(méi)有。唉！這一分丟得太不應(yīng)該啦！傷心ing。
我覺(jué)得這次考試的語(yǔ)法和閱讀理解部分比初賽難，我自以為自己掌握的詞匯量比較多，但是仍然有幾個(gè)詞是我不懂的，這就使我對(duì)個(gè)別問(wèn)題的回答不是很有把握。
這次考試的作文也不是我們特別熟悉的話(huà)題，題目是假設(shè)自己的爸爸是個(gè)警察，要介紹一下他的工作和生活。雖然我也寫(xiě)了70多個(gè)單詞（題目要求是不低于60個(gè)單詞），但是覺(jué)得沒(méi)有以前寫(xiě)作文那么有話(huà)說(shuō)。以前競(jìng)賽，我的作文經(jīng)常是寫(xiě)到100字左右的。
考完試跟何皓霖討論，他覺(jué)得題目不難，真是超牛��！他一定能得一等獎(jiǎng)！
回來(lái)后，媽媽還發(fā)現(xiàn)我還犯了兩個(gè)粗心的錯(cuò)誤，嗚嗚！媽媽說(shuō)我的最大敵人是粗心！媽媽經(jīng)常教育我說(shuō)，不會(huì)做的題目錯(cuò)了，沒(méi)關(guān)系。不會(huì)，以后再學(xué)。但是會(huì)做的題目，由于粗心做錯(cuò)了，就太可惜、太不應(yīng)該了！但是，我卻每次考試都要犯粗心的錯(cuò)誤。唉唉唉！
無(wú)論如何，緊張的考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束了，不去想它了！就等著出結(jié)果吧！老天保佑啊！
我一定要努力改掉粗心的毛病！

But my opinion is that, in order to make a country strong, education alone is not sufficient. It should go side by side with morality.
Morality and education are the foundation of a country. The absence of either makes success impossible. Education without morality is dangerous. Morality without education is also harmful. ( 85 words)
