高氨氮豬場廢水的亞硝酸型脫氮研究
摘要: 豬場廢水脫氮處理前一般要經(jīng)過厭氧消化處理,完全厭氧消化能去除廢水中大部分有機物,但這同時降低了廢水中的COD/NH+4-N(1~3).根據(jù)厭氧消化四階段理論,控制厭氧消化到水解或產(chǎn)乙酸階段,使廢水中的COD/NH+4-N維持在較高的水平(7~10).為后續(xù)脫氮處理創(chuàng)造條件.本實驗對比分析了運用缺氧/好氧SBR工藝處理這兩種COD/NH+4-N不同的廢水的脫氮效果,實驗結(jié)果表明:兩者的脫氮過程都是通過短程硝化反硝化實現(xiàn)的,反應(yīng)器中的NH+4-N濃度和pH值是控制亞硝酸型硝化的重要因素,經(jīng)過部分厭氧消化的廢水由于保持了較高的COD/NH+4-N脫氮效果明顯好于完全厭氧消化廢水,NH+4-N去除率達到98%以上,但出水反硝化不完全,投加乙酸鈉后出水NO+4-N減少到10-20mg/L,投加量以275mg/L為宜.
